Bottom Line Refined is a Southern California based consulting firm specializing in the analysis and reduction of select operating expenses. Our goal is to reduce and manage your most challenging expenses, leaving you with the freedom to focus on what really matters.
Throughout the full length of our contract, BLR will negotiate, implement and monitor the operations of all approved proposals in order to realize maximum savings while protecting the interests of your company. In order to provide a truly risk-free service to our clients, BLR shares in the savings only after they have been realized. If we are not able to save you money, there is no fee for our services. However, savings typically vary between 15-55%. With our wealth of experience, you can rely on us to develop innovative solutions that will refine the bottom line of your business.

Brenda has over 25 years of experience specializing in expense reduction and directs all BLR projects. Her expertise is analyzing company spending, identifying areas of opportunity, working with staff and management on needs assessment, and with suppliers to determine the lowest cost providers. Brenda has honed these skills by consulting across departments and industries, working on literally hundreds of cost-saving projects. Prior to founding Bottom Line Refined in 2008, Brenda worked for both Accenture and Ernst & Young consultancies, serving large Clients with cost-reduction strategies. She also worked for two divisions of the May Company as an in-house profit improvement consultant. Brenda has an MBA from Duke University and a BSBA in Management from Bucknell University. Bottom Line Refined is a certified woman-owned business in the state of California, and as such, is a diverse supplier. Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children and anything beach-related.
