Results vary with each client. However, years of experience have given us keen insight into expense categories that yield the greatest potential for savings.  We work with you to determine your ‘pain points’, and we give you an estimated savings potential upfront.

We understand that cheaper is not always ‘better’.

As much as we want to help our clients reduce operational expense, we know that some things cannot be compromised.  We perform extensive research to compare all potential alternative vendors, to be sure that our proposals preserve – or improve – the quality of products and services you provide.

We are here to take work off your desk.

We manage all cost savings projects from inception to implementation, through the term of our agreement.  In our initial meeting, we will work with you to pinpoint the expense categories that bring you the most frustration.  We will then meet with you periodically to provide updates on our findings, opportunities and savings, and discuss next steps for getting these expense categories completely under control.

The only recommendation you are obligated to implement is a simple price reduction, where a lower price has been secured and other terms of the existing service have remained constant.

It is your choice whether or not you approve implementation of additional cost-saving solutions.  However, we take great pride in our recommendations.  You can be sure that every proposed solution is backed by enough research and analysis to yield a sound conclusion.  We suggest savings opportunities when we are certain it will benefit your business.

However, it takes quite a bit of time and analysis to reach solid conclusions about how your business can achieve maximum potential savings.  Most of our clients simply do not have the time or resources needed to scrutinize each invoice, develop a solid baseline across multiple departments/locations, negotiate lowest possible pricing and seamlessly implement process improvements.

Our service is truly risk free.  If we cannot save you money, you owe us nothing.
